Coca-Cola Icecek Pakistan is looking for Human Resources Team Leader (Reporting to: Director Human Resources) at Head Office Lahore.

Mission Statement
Manage the overall performance of the HR Service Delivery Center Stream in the responsibility area of a specific one (1) HR SC Hub so that all services related to transactional HR processes and inquiries are provided to countries with high quality and on time. Delivery of services to CCI countries in CCI HR transactional processes. Lead by example to promote the CCI culture. Be a change agent in cascading company values within the team. Act as the driver of change in business processes and strive to identify and implement new initiatives to drive positive business transformation. Ensure overall engagement of the team is maintained in a positive trend. Ensure the timely roll-out and adoption of technology solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize internal stream processes so that Service Level Agreements (SLA) in the HR Service Delivery Center stream are met and compliant with CCI HR policies and procedures, HR SC standards
  • Align and Agree service delivery priorities with HR Service Center Manager and related Country HR Heads to Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from countries in CCI
  • Set performance management and development routines in the stream at all levels. Motivate, develop and coach team for maximizing performance. Ensure healthy succession planning
  • Liaise with internal customers to resolve issues and queries
  • Identify and respond to customer needs and ensure customer service is effective and exceeds requirements
  • Ensure that team is fully aware of HR SC vision & strategy and empowered to drive projects and initiatives. Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and to the HR Service Center Manager
  • Enhance best practice sharing and implementation
  • Build relationships with key points of contact within HR SC HRM workstream to enhance collaboration and innovation
  • Build and support an atmosphere of openness and trust among stream members
