Position: Senior Manager (Pre Sales – Corporate)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design Corporate Products Solution & Services to Multinationals, Financial Institutions, Banks, Govt., Local companies and telecom sector as ICT Services provider, Senior Manager Pre Sales will take the lead in Designing Customer solution
  • Gather customer Feedback for proper positioning of PTCL’s products for optimal performance with maximum benefit to the corporate Customers.
  • Work with the Pre-Sales and Sales team to perform Existing Customer Services/Product Analysis to enhance/improve Service experience and offer Technology up gradation options
  • Ensure that pre-sales team including Pre-Sales Assistant Managers and Managers maintain and develop the following skills:
  • Communicate technical and business information to widely varied audience
  • Understand business processes and business problems
  • Understand data relationships and how data can be used to solve business problems
  • Understand and capture business and technical requirements
  • Develop a broad awareness of the client’s technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
  • Have knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
  • Ensure that Sales, Product Development and Customer receive support as they request.
  • Gather support from Product and support Managers of Corporate Sales & Business Development Wing in providing solutions to the corporate customers.
  • Respond to all RFPs in association with the Customer Service and Product Development wing.
  • Implement PTA (regulatory) instructions pertaining to New Numbering Series, Access Codes, Tariff, suspension of services etc. through PTCL Headquarters/ relevant field units.
  • Maintain regular contact and co-ordination with operators to resolve their complaints regarding network issues in PTCL.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification: Professional Degree in Business Administration or Engineering from a reputed institute.
Experience: 8-12 years’ Pre-Sales experience in Telecom Industry.
Experience in Consumer Research & Analysis.

Job Overview: This role involves activities and work related to customer retention and churn reduction. Major focus is on analysis, data extraction, reporting and managing/monitoring churn related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis & extraction of daily/weekly/monthly churn related data & information
  • Develop and monitor initiatives and activities to manage churn and related follow-up
  • Reporting and evaluation of churn related initiatives
  • Preparation of presentations & documents related to churn management
  • Monitoring and follow-up of retention campaigns & churn management activities, attention to detail
  • Coordination with other departments for churn reduction and customer retention activities

Required Expertise:

  • Hands on experience of modelling high volumes of data spanning multiple systems for churn and customer retention in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence self-service tools, data warehousing and ad hoc analysis (excel)
  • Experience of managing effective data visualizations, forecasting, dashboards and reports
  • Should have adequate knowledge of Telecom and Digital business environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification: Professional degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or Telecom Engineering
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the relevant field.
