We are looking for a Customer Care/Social Media Moderator in our Customer Experience Team in Lahore

Respond to customer queries through social media channels, phone and email
· Resolve customer complaints and issues amicably within defined timelines and parameters

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification
· Minimum 1 year experience of call center/social media experience

We are looking for a Team Lead – Customer Experience in our Customer Experience Team in Lahore.

The incumbent holding this position would be responsible to:

· Oversee customer service operations team to ensure that all KPIs are being met
· Oversee day-to-day operations, Monitor team performance and submit report on metrics
· Handle escalations and overflow calls/emails

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification
· Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a Social Media Contact Center (Working on a Team Leader/QA position will be an added advantage)
· Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality will be an added advantage
