Position: Network Engineer Technical Solution

Network Engineer Technical Solution will be responsible to provide in-depth post-sales technical services to customers, partners and field teams and will ensure customer satisfaction with deployment and operation of products and services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Planning, Implementation, Operation and Optimization assistance to Advanced Services Customers around any solutions
  • Complete project deployment including documentation (LLDs)
  • Complete project deployment including Network design, configuration, installation, documentation (LLD) and maintenance / after sales support
  • Provide technical advice to the customer on product operation and configuration
  • Provide technical guidance and presentation/ demonstration where applicable
  • To maintain technical competency on the assigned product(s)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 4-5 years relevant experience in deployment, configuration and supporting large, complex, TCP/IP-based networks
  • 3+ years of customer-facing service experience
  • Familiarity with software and features, examples include MPLS (L2/L3 VPN) and MPLS-TE, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, inter-as, carrier Ethernet, QOS, Ipv6, NGFW, NGIPS, AMP, ISE
  • Hands on experience on Advance technologies like SDN (ACI), N9Ks covering DC technologies
  • Hands on with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei routing and switching in an Enterprise Network (SDWAN/SD Access)
  • Hands on with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei Security products in Enterprise network (for example Cisco FTD/FMC, Cisco ISE, RSA /Cisco DUO 2FA, VPN DVTi/SVTi, End point security
  • Should have delivered at least five Projects, ability to work under pressure and customer handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with and assist all various levels within customer organization. Must have excellent written, oral communication and listening skills
  • Self-motivated with solid leadership and collaboration skills
  • Have customer facing experience

EDUCATION:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree
  • Network certifications (CCNA/CCNP/HCNP/CCIE/HCIE) is a strong advantage Apply
